5. Payments & Billing

Payment Terms

• Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed
• Monthly services are billed automatically
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Hosting & Platform Use

Websites and systems may be hosted on platforms including (but not limited to) GoHighLevel and related infrastructure.

You acknowledge that:

• Hosting availability depends on third-party platforms
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime
• Platform changes, outages, or updates are outside our control

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your business content (logos, images, etc.)
• LeadFire Systems retains ownership of all systems, templates, automations, and proprietary processes

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our systems
• Reverse engineer or replicate our services

8. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Some services include AI-powered tools such as:

• AI Voice Receptionists
• Website Chat Assistants
• Automated review systems
• AI-generated customer responses
• Messaging automation

You acknowledge:

• AI responses may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI interactions
• LeadFire Systems is not liable for errors, missed leads, or incorrect responses generated by AI

9. No Guarantee of Results

While LeadFire Systems is designed to help businesses improve communication, response times, lead capture, and customer engagement:

• We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or customer acquisition outcomes.
• Performance depends on multiple factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LeadFire Systems shall not be liable for:

• Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Missed calls, messages, appointments, or customer inquiries
• Website downtime or technical failures
• Third-party platform issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not made
• Terms are violated
• Services are misused

Upon termination:

• Access to systems may be revoked
• Hosted assets may be removed
• Data retention is not guaranteed

12. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
